Getting started with VillaTV
From unboxing to the first welcome
Your first screen.
The detailed setup guide.
You’ll need an internet-connected TV and a phone or computer to manage your villa. Guests don’t need an app.

Create your villa
On your phone or computer, open villatv.app and sign in. When registrations are open, create an account and confirm your email first. Add your property name, time zone and check-in / checkout times.

Open VillaTV on the TV
On a compatible Samsung or other smart TV, open the TV’s web browser and enter https://villatv.app/display. Keep the TV connected to the internet. No App Store download is needed for this option.

Connect the TV to your villa
Leave the pairing code visible on the TV. On your phone or computer, sign in to VillaTV, open your property and choose Displays → Add display. Type the TV’s code, choose Continue, select the property and give the TV a name. Choose Review, then Pair this display.

Make the screen yours
Open your property’s screen design. Choose your villa photo, edit the welcome message, add your Wi-Fi details and select your weather location. Your edits save as a draft; the TV won’t change yet.

Add your guest guide and calendar
In Guest book, add your house information, photos and useful links, then publish the guide. Add Guest book QR in the screen design so guests can scan it on their phones. For automatic guest names, paste your private iCal link into Settings → Calendar link and title bookings Stay: Alex & Jamie. These extras are optional. Web displays support guest-book QR codes; Apple TV needs a compatible player update. Google Workspace may require an administrator to enable the secret iCal address. Keep bookings private.

Publish, then check the TV
Preview the screen and choose Publish to displays. The connected TV picks up the published design; the web player refreshes every minute. Check the welcome, Wi-Fi and weather on the TV, then scan the guest-book QR with your phone. Keep the player open while guests are staying.
